Providing you are happy to share your login details with us we can connect and configure via. your Hosting Control Panel, FTP, SSH2 or via. Citrix we can remotely and securely control you PC.

We always advise all of our clients to make complete and regular backups of their web sites including associated databases.
If you are at all unsure on how to do this we can do this on your behalf or show you how to do it yourself.

We will then evaluate the situation and suggest a course of action. Requesting your permission before we then modify anything.
